Pay/View Utility Bill Now: Make sure to use your full account number when entering into the online bill pay service. (including periods).

Water, Sewer & Storm Drainage
The City of North Bend bills every month for water, sewer, and storm drainage. Utility bills are generated on the 10th of every month and are due 15 days later. Payments must be received by or on the due date to avoid late payment charges.

Garbage & Recycling Questions

Beginning April 1, 2024, Recology King County will begin a new contract for once-a-week garbage collection for City customers. This transition marks an exciting development in our community's efforts toward sustainable waste management practices. Puget Sound Energy's Bill Discount Rate program: PSE has launched a Bill Discount Rate program to save customers money on their monthly energy bill. Income-eligible customers can now reduce their PSE energy bills by up to 45% a month. The program is designed to be easily accessible and in most cases no proof of income is required. The program can be used in addition to our other assistance programs. To quickly find out if they’re eligible, customers can go to pse.com/discount. The only information needed is: household size, county of residency, and monthly household income. Please share with your networks!

Puget Sound Energy's Warm Winter program: Puget Sound Energy is also proud to share our support of 75 local nonprofit organizations across the 10-county service area in providing warm meals, clothing, toys and gifts for those in need this winter. Our $200,000 donation helps community groups host regional holiday celebrations to spread holiday cheer and ensure all can experience the spirit of the season.
